Refund Policy

Because we are a custom design and print shop , we do not begin working on your item(s) until after you have ordered them. We do not have a warehouse full of materials, and all items are made to order, which means we printed your order just for you! All sales are FINAL, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. We want you to be 100% happy with your Design Doc Shop purchase which is why a proof of each item is sent for your review before production begins. Please remember that we are a small business comprised of perfectly imperfect people. We are human and we are bound to make mistakes. If you feel as though there is an error with your order please do not hesitate to contact us at orders@designdocshop.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and feel free to contact us immediately if you find any item is defective, damaged or incorrect. We will gladly evaluate the issue and correct it as soon as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
In very limited circumstances, some returns may be issued, however they will be upon the discretion of the Design Doc Shop Team. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Refunds will be issued via the tender in which it was originally received.
